Havas Sydney for Chandon: An Unexpected Race

The race is on. But it’s not the kind of race that you might expect from two Formula One racecar drivers. In this thrilling spot from sparkling wine brand Chandon, innovative technology takes the driver’s seat. And only the clever use of tech will help Spanish racing legend Fernando Alonso and up-and-comer Stoffel Vandoorne from Belgium complete their toy-car challenge.

In a friendly—but competitive—rivalry, Alonso and Vandoorne use large remote-control cars and drones to race across Chandon’s massive Australian vineyard and reach the checkered flag. Created by Havas Sydney, this film marks Chandon’s second season of partnership with the McLaren-Honda Formula One team.
