At Havas, everything we do is based on the core belief that we’re better together. We believe that diverse perspectives drive innovative work. We believe that there’s no business challenge that collective brainpower can’t solve. And we believe that we’ll arrive at the future faster when we travel hand-in-hand.
Our firm commitment to collaboration only deepened in 2016—from expanding our unified operating model to driving integration through talent programs. Take a look back at some of our most notable collaborative achievements this year:
Havas Group created chairman roles in our four largest markets to further integrate creative and media teams and to help us deliver even more modern, agile, and smart solutions for our clients. Yannick Bolloré leads France, Andrew Benett heads North America, Chris Hirst has taken on the role in the UK, and Alfonso Rodes leads Spain. Read more here.
In 2016, we brought creative, media, and data teams under one roof in ten new cities: Barcelona, Bogota, Brussels, Costa Rica, Dublin, Jakarta, Lisbon, Montreal, Pantin, and Toronto. We now have 46 Havas Villages around the world. Take a walk through some of them here.
Our Havas Village in Australia launched a hub for strategic thinking across media and creative teams. This integrated, multi-disciplined team of strategists is able to provide more access to data and insights and deliver seamless solutions for our clients. Read more here.
For instance, in Boston, Havas Media, Cake, and Arnold Worldwide created the hilarious “Get Realtor!” for the National Association of Realtors. Meanwhile, Havas New York, Havas Brazil, BETC Brazil, Havas Media UK, and our partners at Universal Music Group joined forces to fight the Zika virus through “Clap for Brazil” for Reckitt Benckiser.
We expanded our global learning experience to five additional cities this year: Buenos Aires, Madrid, Miami, Milan, and Shanghai. Our June 2016 and November 2016 Havas Lofts classes brought cultural revelations and fresh perspectives to our teams at Havas Creative, Havas Media, and Vivendi Groups.
In the second iteration of our career development initiative, participants from 29 cities and 47 agencies across Havas Group embarked on a collaborative learning experience designed to prepare the next generation of Havas leaders.
